Me and my girlfriend have always had a good experience here. We’ve lived in two apartments from this company and we like both. We only changed apartments because we went from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment. We’ve had maitnence here maybe 3 times in two years but always minor issues and they were fixed in the same day. The staff and maitnence are super helpful and friendly. When we moved in both apartments were really clean and upgraded.

I’ve been renting here four years and I have no complaints, never had an issue. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes and this is by far one of the best I’ve ever lived in. The buildings are always kept super clean. Maitnence is always very responsive and super professional and friendly. Same thing goes to the office staff. They are seriously some of the nicest staff I’ve rented from. They are all so helpful and knowledgeable.

This facility appears to have an inefficient repair process. It requires a consensus among four individuals to acknowledge an issue, followed by a separate notification to another party. Subsequently, we are scheduled to return two weeks later to address the problem. We kindly request that you refrain from posting premature notices on our door, particularly when an email notification has already been sent. I observed that these issues resumed upon Sam's return, and it is worth noting that the period of her absence was marked by a significant improvement in operations.

I’m a current tenant and I enjoy my apartment and my building. The neighbors are nice and quiet and the management is friendly and professional. Rents are very affordable and maintenance issues are taken care of promptly!

The maintenance man who came to my apartment was the best in my opinion. He was nice, respectful and good light conversation. 👍
