I’ve lived here for a year now and it has been an a really great experience so far. Nicole is awesome and very understanding when it comes to personal issues with reason. The property management are always so kind and helpful and immediately respond to any personal issues. I’ve read some reviews on here about mold and I can personally say I’ve NEVER seen mold in my building, even in hot humid areas, and like most apartments things do happen and they’re always doing the best they can to keep them clean and safe. The building is quiet, you can’t hear much through the walls unless someone is genuinely screaming or yelling and even then it’s faint. I’ve had one bug issue since moving in (common with apartment complexes) and it was taken care of the next day and i haven’t even seen a FLY since

I moved to the Youngstown area in 2023 for graduate school. After three years of living at Woods of Liberty, I can confidently say I made an excellent decision. Not only are the units reasonably priced, but the property manager, Nicole, is very approachable, accommodating, pleasant, and clearly cares not just about the property, but the experience of the tenants. This is evidenced by the many improvements made even in the few years I've been here (carpeting replaced in stairwells, fresh paint, and a game room built). The pleasant demeanor is not limited to Nicole either, as maintenance and all other staff I have encountered have been polite and courteous as well. I am a new lease and my experience with Nicole and the management team has been absolutely amazing. She has went well above and beyond her duties to accommodate me and making my move in experience easy and seamless. I understand property management is not an easy postion with being pulled in multiple directions but she always answered any questions or concerns I had quickly and efficiently. I can not say enough positive things about my experience with her and woods of liberty management during this move in process. Thank you Nicole for you impeccable customer service!!!!

Grateful to continue to call this place home. All around I find comfort, security, and community here. Nicole, the property manager always has a friendly face and is dedicated to her job. Maintenance is on top of things as well. :)

I have lived in Mahattan for the past 40 years, and then retired to Youngstown: to my most pleasant surprise, Nicole Simpson, our building manager made my 'landing' here smoother and calmer than I expected, with her irreplaceable good will, and attention to detail. My stay here for the past 4 years has been most accommodating and agreeable.
