Evergreen Terrace Luxury Apartments

It's in between ok & I disliked it. When looking at their photos online, they are Not the photos that you actually get when you look at the Ranch condos. The photos online showed Marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances & upgraded other appliances. When we actually got to see the condo that was to be leased to us. It looked nothing like the pictures. We was horrified. We felt duped & deceived & were in shock about the whole place. Wait there's more, you can't put drapes up, you can't put a TV on the wall. Your washer & dryer are antiquated from the 1960's. The photos show a built-in Microwave, that's a lie, you have to buy your own. There is no front screen door & if you want one installed they say ok but it's not yours when you leave, it has to stay. The garages are too short,

Wonderful place to live. Clean and well maintained. Issues, if any, are resolved very promptly. Mary has been very flexible in accommodating some of our requests. So happy we found this place to call it home for our stay in Ohio.

PROS: Some units are almost brand new. Nice and quiet probably because everyone moved out (probably due to high rent/utilities). Owner seems like a nice guy. CONS: Expensive for the area. No electronic or CC payments! Inefficient units causes a very high electric bill (During the very mild '15-'16 winter, our bill averaged over $250 with heat never set above 68). Management sub-par due to very limited office hours. No pool, unlike previously advertised. The "gym" in the clubhouse is as basic as it gets.

It’s a great place to live. Manager is wonderful. Water pressure is a little low, but it’s still worth it. Comfortable living. Highly recommended.

Lived at Evergreen for 18 months and loved every moment of it. The people were friendly...and the views were peaceful. Highly recommend.
