I worked with realtor Shawn and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. We entered into a signed agreement at a reduced price due to an electrical panel concern. The inspection later passed, but the buyers requested additional money for the exact same issue we already negotiated. I offered to split the cost, and when they refused, I agreed to cover it completely just to keep things moving. Despite that, the buyers canceled the deal altogether. This caused significant wasted time and stress. After speaking with others, I learned this type of situation has reportedly happened multiple times over the years. I would encourage future sellers to proceed with caution and make sure everything is clearly documented.

Melissa is hands down the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. The market has been very slim this year and she did everything she could to help us find our next rental property. Joyce did a great job. She always was open with us and was responsive. She was even able to work with the seller's realtor to allow us to be able to relocate our flowers to the new house before we even closed!
