Do NOT contact Gonatas Real Estate, not only are all of their listings on the most accessible websites completely wrong, but Dennis Gonatas himself is an incredibly unprofessional, rude, and horrible excuse for a person. I was trying to contact them about a couple of rental properties that I saw on Apartments.com (specifically stated in their voicemail message to be accurate) and not only did he snap at me for trying to get a response, but he told me that all of the listings outside of their website are wrong. He then tried to tell me that he informed me of that when I called about the first address, which is completely untrue. I would have never called again if I had heard that the first time around. I also never would have called again if i knew I was going to be called insane by Dennis

Gonatas Real Estate left my family homeless. Their agent Joshua Harsch made it seem like we were good to go on purchasing a house. The closing date was May 1st, we were so excited to be moving to a bigger home. We paid earnest money as soon as they got their earnest money. We get told oh the bank now wants to do a survey on the house it'll take about 8 to 10 weeks. The closing date is now July 2nd. Him and his broker wanted us to go out to Ohio and fork out 2 grand for an Airbnb. But heres the thing we can struggle for two months and still not be guaranteed to get the home, so whats the point of spending money to stay if were not guaranteed a home.
