West Park Villas

I just moved into these apartments a few weeks ago, and have had a wonderful experience so far. Katie at the front desk was such a responsive, diligent and caring first point of contact during the move-in process and even before move in. She is so friendly and welcoming as well, everyone in the office is. The apartments are well taken care of and you can tell that management takes pride in providing a good environment for the tenants. highly recommend moving here.

I just moved in here and will update when I move out but the whole move in process went by really smoothly. The whole front office staff were really helpful and kind, they kept me updated every time I reached out to them and they were consistent with reaching out to me in a timely manner. Personally I am terrified of spiders and have had to deal with a lot of spiders moving in but I understand that’s what happens when there’s so many gorgeous trees and grass around. There’s pest control and maintenance on site and they have been incredibly receptive and timely with my pest control requests and what I feel is above and beyond for helping me with my patio. My husband and I have been living at West Park Villas for 7 months now, and we absolutely LOVE it here! This is our very first apartment together, and Jennifer made the move-in process so easy, smooth, and stress-free, which made starting this new chapter in our lives even more exciting. The community is wonderful. Even neighbors with children are so quiet, respectful, and courteous, which makes it such a peaceful place to come home to every day. We also can’t say enough about the amenities: the clean and convenient laundry rooms, the adorable mini dog park, the relaxing pool and jacuzzi, and the gym room that makes staying active a breeze. Everything here just feels so well cared for. We’re so happy we chose West Park Villas, and we truly hope to be here for many more years to come!

Jennifer is the best leasing agent and I love the residents and the pool is nice, maintenance responds fast, cleaning crew keeps everything clean. I have had no issues really. I feel safe and apartment is cozy. Neighbors/residents are good.

I've lived at West Park Villas for almost 3 years now and I have very much enjoyed my apartment. The entire apartment complex is actually really nice and the property is well maintained. The maintenance professionals are really cool people and respond quickly to my requested work orders and always resolve anything broken or that needs fixed in my apartment. The entire management team is extremely courteous and understanding; they actually do care a lot about their tenants, especially Sherette who’s been outstanding! My neighbors are respectful and easy to get along with. Security is patrolling at certain times which is great. For me, West Park Villas in Lancaster CA has definitely been a great place to live.
