I’ve had a fantastic experience with the management team, Stephany,Lorena and Cristina , who made our move-in seamless. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained. I absolutely love living here! The location is perfect, right next to Costco and reataurants! The pool and updated gym are incredible, making it worth every penny! This place feels like home. It’s quiet, clean, and the neighbors are friendly. It is very safe and pet-friendly, with plenty of green space!!

They are not pet friendly!!! Just want money from pets living in the complex I understand and agree that pets should not be allowed in certain areas such as the gym, laundry room, pool, or indoor facilities. However, this is advertised as a pet-friendly community, and the recent email banning pets from all community amenities feels extremely restrictive. There should at least be a designated, gated pet play area where dogs can safely run, exercise, and play off-leash. Many residents work long hours and shifts, and having a safe space on the property for dogs to burn energy is incredibly important. Pets are family, and they need exercise just like people do. And some of us even pay a monthly fee for the pets to live in the apartment Before this policy, it was very common to see residents

I moved to Granada Villas from Connecticut back in 2020 as a temporary place to live. My temporary place is going on 6 years! The staff really makes Granada Villas a home. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to any resident concerns. The repair/maintenance team is very knowledgeable and respectful of the residents time. Anytime i have submitted a work order it has been addressed and corrected quickly and efficiently. Choosing Granada Villas was a great decision!!

I love this apartment complex. They are so friendly and kind. This was my first time moving into an apartment and Lorena walked me through each step of the way. They communicate well and are quick to address any concern. The maintenance team goes above and beyond. The complex is clean and well maintained, is quiet and the residents are friendly. It is pet friendly and has plenty of grass and shade for your fur babies to enjoy a walk. Highly recommended!

My experience at Granada Villas has been excellent. The leasing process was smooth, the staff is always professional and courteous, and the property is kept in great condition. Mrs. Lorena is amazing and very attentive! Any issues I’ve had were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment.
