Desert Meadows Apartments & Townhomes

Leasing office team were amazing. First time renters and they made this experience easy. Had us approved and moved into the apartment in under 48 hours. Community is clean and fellow residents are quiet and decent. Gym is awesome and has free weights/squat racks. Apartment unit is beautiful and brand new. Can’t recommend enough.

My move-in experience has been smooth and stress-free. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Allie from the staff was especially helpful—she was professional, friendly, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I felt well taken care of. The community is quiet, well kept, and in a convenient location. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend this apartment community.

Living here has been an awesome experience. The whole property feels new, modern, and really well taken care of. The gym is seriously one of the best parts, it’s clean, updated, and perfect for regular workouts. The community is quiet, friendly, and welcoming. Amanda and Ashley have been extremely helpful and professional, always making sure residents feel supported. I’m really happy with my experience here and highly recommend!

Yanelly made the process smooth and seamless. She was very transparent, warm and welcoming and kept me in the loop and up to date in which I should be doing to help the leasing be fluid. I appreciate Mandy for showing me the unit before closing. Thanks ladies!
