I have happily lived here for nearly 10 years. The apartments are not only priced reasonably, but also spacious, with several laundry rooms on site, as well as pool, gym and other amenities. The manager makes sure everything is ran smoothly, the grounds are kept up, maintenance and gardening are done properly. There have been recent property updates, brighter lights, camera installation, and security patrol, which make me and my family feel safer. It seems as if Darlene (Manager) really cares about not only her job, but us as residents. Previous managers have not put in nearly as much effort as she has, and it really shows. I've had the pleasure of living here for 5 1/2 years, and its truly been a wonderful experience. The community is always clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Darlene is an absolute gem; she's polite, approachable, and she goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy and that everything runs smoothly. I sincerely appreciate having a manager who genuinely cares about both the tenants and the property. I have been living at the Avenida Crossing apartments for about 2 years now. I love how the manager Darlene keeps up with the Community it’s nice and clean also I feel safe here with my kids due to how quite it is the residents are friendly and we have security driving by. Darlene is very hands on and helpful with alot of things. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and with a family.
