Parkwood Apartments

Mellowe here from Chilis…I’ve been living at Parkwood Apartments and absolutely love it here! (Been a huge blessing for me) Management, Stephanie Bernal — as well as the maintenance team are awesome! Any issues or problems I’ve had have been taken care of quickly and professionally. The community feels safe with gated access and security, and the amenities are great—nice pools and a well-equipped gym. The price is fair for what you get, and I’ve had no problems since moving in. Overall, it’s a very nice place to live and I’m happy to call it home. Blessings!

I been living in this building for about a year and I can only say good things about living here. The manager is very nice, she is attentive and very polite. When I have any concerns regarding my apartment she always helps out alongside her staff which quickly repairs what needs to be done. I feel happy and safe to live here.

This is a place to call home. Always clean,And if I need anything fixed in my apartment, Stephanie and Angel are always there to get it taken care of.Stephanie and Angel are always nice to me. NO problems here, I will be signing a lease renewal next month.

Stephanie, Melanie, and Angel are truly amazing staff! They make sure the grounds of our apartments are clean and safe and make you feel like family. Just recently they put together a Halloween office trick or treat party for residents and it’s something I’ve never saw before until they were in office. It was amazing and we were able to take pictures with a backdrop and amazing decorations. That will be a memory that I keep forever. Thank you guys dearly!

Melanie gave me a tour of the apartment. It was very spacious and well priced compared to other apartments. Stephanie effectively communicated during the entire process. She addressed questions and concerns appropriately and efficiently. I look forward to enjoying my stay here.
