Park West Village Apartments

I’ve enjoyed my experience here. They’re on top of the maintenance and grooming here each week and the staff is very communicative and pleasant to work with. While the facilities aren’t exactly luxurious like a $3-4k apartment you’d find in West LA, it’s probably the best community you’ll find in all of Lancaster.

Great quiet apartment community with upgraded finishes/amenities. In unit washer/dryer combo. Gym with a good variety of equipment and sauna. Kathryn and the leasing team are very kind and always help in a timely fashion.

Leased a unit here at the beginning of February 2025 and I couldn't be happier. I looked at many complexes in west Lancaster and it is by far the nicest. The ladies (Kathryn & Sherette) in the leasing office were super nice and helped make the leasing process painless. The maintenance guys are very helpful and efficient. They are very quick to resolve any issues you may have. The apt is very spacious and newly remodeled. The landscaping & grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool, pickle ball court and fitness center are always clean and ready for use. It's a very quiet complex and all of the residence seem very friendly. Pets are allowed so fur baby introductions are always fun.

My boyfriend and I moved into these apartments about a year ago and we are extremely happy with our experience here. The management team is truly amazing they are always willing to help/ answer any questions. It is quiet neighborhood, safe, plenty of parking, clean, has all the amenities you need and they are quick to fix any maintenance issues. We've had an amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an calm/ modern apartment to rent.

Just moved here on a 6 month lease from Arizona. My Fiancee and I were on a time crunch to find a place to live as he had to relocate for work. We applied to Park West online and the next day Kathryn reached out to us and helped us along the whole process to get us an apartment and moved in on time. Day of the move we were gonna be arriving late and Miriam in the front office was so great at making sure we were set & able to get into our apartment once we arrived. Office staff is absolutely amazing!!! Communicative & friendly. We’re not even a month in and we already really like this place. Its relatively quiet, very clean you can tell they take pride in keeping the complex well maintained (wowed with how clean the dog park was), plenty of parking, great amenities! Definitely worth checkin
