My first time home buyers were in short of cash to close and Isaac, the loan broker cut all of lender fees and did not charge any fees whatsoever to help reduce the costs so the buyers could purchase their dream home and their 5 kids can enjoy a nice living space. Besides, he helped them to clear all the credit disputes to help them meet the credit requirements at no costs. On top of that, he was able to find an amazing interest rate that offered the buyer $9,100 lender credit to cover part of the closing costs.
