I had such a great experience with my new apartment! The entire approval process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Lizzie from the leasing office was extremely helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed every step of the way. She followed up promptly and made the process feel very organized and welcoming. My unit is absolutely beautiful and has such a cozy, homey feel to it. I had a dilemma recently where my refrigerator had went out. The first person I spoke with in the office was the manager, he made me feel like i was bothering him for wanting working appliances. Despite my bad experience with other members of the Wesley providence apartments team I had a great experience with Eddies Rios. She made me feel like a valued resident and never made me feel as though I was bothering her. She has great people skills and great customer service which is rare these days.

My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. I was advised by the leasing agent to apply and pay a $350 holding fee in order to “lock in the rate.” After paying, I was then told the rental rate fluctuates and that I’d need to wait for the lowest possible rate. For over a month, I followed up consistently and was repeatedly told to wait, only to find out—just two weeks before my scheduled move-in—that the rate was actually higher. I pushed back, since I was told all along that waiting would secure me the lowest rate. The agent promised to finalize everything, but then stopped answering calls. A week later, I had to physically go to the office three days before my move-in date. At that point, I found out the agent no longer worked there, none of my information
