Absolutely horrific experience with realtor Jordan Cohen. The rented home I live in is on the market as I am looking to purchase a new home. This evening of Tuesday, Apr. 6th., 2021, I came back to my home after realtor Jordan Cohen showed it to potential clients and was disappointed and distraught to find that my front door was completely unlocked, my patio door was left wide open while my AC was running, every single light was left on, and Jordan Cohen’s business card was left on my kitchen counter. I’ve come back to my home about 5 times now after a showing and have simply seen some random lights left on, this is understandable. Every single light was left on (this was especially inconsiderate for all the lights left on on the upper level of the house as it is blatantly, obviously unuse

Really unprofessional agency. I have a lot of experience in real estate, and the normal procedure for rental properties is to get applications, then do a background/credit check on solid candidates before signing. I completely understand why these credit/background checks are necessary to protect landlords/homeowners, and I have no problem with it. What this agency does is ask everyone to pay out-of-pocket for for a background/credit check when they apply. So they take 5-20 applications for every property, and every single applicant has to pay $50-$200. 19 of these 20 applicants will basically be throwing away $200 for nothing. There is absolutely no reason to do this outside of pure laziness. Most agencies/landlords will do a basic application first, then run credit/background checks (i
