Shawn was so patient and so welcoming to my family and I. I recommend not only the beautiful apartments they have but also Shawn herself to help with the process. She kept me updated throughout my whole process and called to make sure I was aware of any changes or needed documentation. She was very flexible with my timeframe to move in. I truly appreciate her for treating me like family.

Greens at stone creek Statement of events: I’ve been a resident since June of 2023. Management has since changed multiple times and management does not address concerns accordingly. At this point they fall in the category as SLUMLORDS. They don’t paint, redo carpet, have not come to fix leaks/plumbing, my floors are coming up from a water heater burst which was not my fault. Pest control wasn’t consistent for a very long time, my next door neighbor even had termites. I am taking this to court and waiting on a court date. They’re lazy at necessary repairs and want extranomical monies with outdated apartments. Two people live in my unit, while working 50 hour weeks. With a water & sewage bill of $100. If you are thinking of moving here RUN, don't walk, far away! Living here is a literal nightmare. Property management nor the owners do not care about residents or their families, maintaining the property, or ensuring a safe environment to live in. Repairs are either ignored or repaired in a slipshod manner as corners are cut due to avoidance of paying for issues to be remedied professionally. The air quality in units are creating health issues for residents and their children to the point that code enforcement advised that my family wear masks continuously in our home. That's ridiculous! Shaun in the front office has been a great help. Maintenance request were answered promptly and these apartments are very spacious. Me and my family love it here.
