I enjoyed my time spent at Walden Brook. I loved my unit. Maintenance came whenever an order was put in. There were neighbors with children that let their children do whatever but other than that, the neighborhood is nice for the area. A tad bit too pricey. I didn’t like that they only let you use your employee discount for the first lease; if you renewed, you then had to pay regular price and rent also went up at renewal as well. Office staff were nice and they worked with you.

I visited Walden yesterday, when I walked in I noticed only 1 person in the office. I was greeted and made feel welcomed. She took me to tour the model which by the way smelled good and was clean. The leasing agent Ms. Maria was very detailed and confident in her product, when I tell you she knows her stuff, it was a breath of fresh air in seeing how she took her time and answered my questions, she did not rush me. Oh I want to mention that prior to seeing the model, Ms. Maria said to me you're going to like and she was not wrong. I asked her if she's been in the awhile and she said yes. I can tell by the way she presented the apartment and the confidence she had while touring. It’s a month now since my sons and I moved in here, and I absolutely love it.My transition was very smooth, thanks to my leasing agent Miss Mackenzie.She’s truly a gem☺️ The staff is always ready to listen and help, whenever I call about something. The grounds are kept clean at all times, maintenance team works quickly. Overall 5 stars across the board.

AMAZING, let me tell you about my leasing team. Did i say AMAZING? I toured with Anthony. He took me around the property the grounds were clean. So let's talk about my leasing agent Makenzie 🤩 everything went smoothly from tour to move in. Makenzie kept me updated throughout the whole process. I usually move early just to have room for any unforseen issues and I had ZERO. Maria was great processing all my paperwork without any delays. I moved in 3 weeks ago and have no regrets. The community is quiet there are Spiders outside but I'm happy to say my apartment was clean and I do have any bugs of any kind in my apartment. We do some cats out here, but that is okay with me. After 14 years of living on this property, I can honestly say it truly feels like home. I've really enjoyed my time here and absolutely love my unit. It’s not only comfortable but also very affordable. The leasing office staff has always been warm, welcoming, and attentive, any time I’ve had a need or concern, they've taken care of it promptly. I genuinely love living here, and I believe you and your family will too.
