Creekside Corners

When I moved in, the rent specials and amenities were great until it wasn’t. Pros: valet trash pick up and spacious layout Cons: -third party utility and fees will increase your rent at least 200-300, 500 at most (according to my neighbor who has the same layout 2b 2b) -Only two guys on the maintenance team know how to maintain the apartments, their vendor is prone to locking doors from the outside and yes you will get charged for the door being replaced -The toilet paper racks and towel racks easily comes off the wall and aren’t easy to put back -The thermostat does not toggle from heat to ac (according to the leasing agents) during winter and summer months -Depending on which building there’s either random/sporadic arguing shooting or loud music blasting late at night -There’s two gate

I came across these apartment because I needed more space and a new area to move to. Not over price. I went to check these out and everyone was very friendly. Specially Tiara. She made me feel welcome like I already move into my apartment. The apartment she showed me was spacious and felt like home. It has a gym. Perfect. The apartment sounded and look quiet. All the other apartments I look at and this was the best one. The rent is reasonable. So I’m thinking about going with these. The best apartments I seen so far and reasonable rent.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to the amazing maintenance team at my apartment . I recently had a burst pipe in my unit that caused flooding, and the situation could have been so much worse if it weren’t for the quick response and dedication of the maintenance supervisor Al and his team, Tyrone and Nick. This happened after hours around 1130 at night and they still came right away and stayed late into the night to make sure I was okay. They walked me through every step of what would happen next, reassured me, and made sure my unit was safe before they left. they made sure I felt taken care of during a really stressful moment. I recently moved out of Creekside Corners for personal reasons but I need to shout out Jeanette, the property manager. She was absolutely fantastic from day one. She was incredibly professional, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure my stuff was handled whenever I spoke to her. It's rare to find a manager who truly cares and Jeanette definitely goes above and beyond!

I’m writing this review because I want others to know how wonderful the assistant manager, Mrs. Jay Walker, truly is. During my apartment tour, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. When I decided on my apartment, she was excellent throughout the entire application process - patient, reassuring, and always willing to help. I can say without a doubt that she is a remarkable woman. I am truly thankful for all of her assistance and for making me feel comfortable enough to come to her with any questions or concerns I had.
