I had an amazing experience at Cavalier at 100! From start to finish, my stay has been nothing short of wonderful. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and truly feels like home. A huge shout-out to the incredible leasing team — Nigel, Melbra, and Kathleen. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.

I had an amazing experience working with my leasing agent z (Melbra) throughout my application process . From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and truly went above and beyond to help me. The process can be stressful, but she made it feel smooth and reassuring. I genuinely felt supported and advocated for every step of the way. I’m so grateful for her dedication, responsiveness, and positive attitude. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and puts in the effort, this is the leasing agent you want to work with. Highly recommend!

I can go on and on about my experience with Cavalier @ 100 — they’ve been absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Melbra to finalize everything for my apartment, and she was incredible! She made sure I was placed in the perfect unit and guided me through every step of the process with care and professionalism. The entire team is reliable, proactive, fast, and truly dedicated. I love how committed they are to making sure residents feel comfortable, supported, and happy in a place they can proudly call home! If you’re looking for this type of environment, I highly recommend putting in that application!

I have been living here since Dec 2025, (not that long). The complex is decent, the gate works and gets fixed when it's broken, the trash is maintained, there is a courtesy officer and maintenance comes when requested (so 3/5 is the rating they get from me for now) and here Is why. The first negative there is no real place to walk your pets and there is barely any grass here. If you have pets that you like to take on walks do not move here, there is no where to do that. Second negative is the playground it is for toddlers only, it needs to be more inclusive for older kids and maybe that'll stop the kids from playing catch in the parking lots. Third negative is management (Nigel is great he does more receptionist work so I haven't worked with him on a serious matter) but the ladies even tho

The worst experience of apartments ever. The people who live in the complex will see when they get a few years in that management is the most messiest and disruptive people ever. They never fixed an issue and they are going to charge you for everything soon as you leave. They smile in your face but talk behind your back soon as you leave out the door. They are going to file so many debts against you so be mindful. Bad environment to be in anyway because they have car break ins. They deleted reviews so be mindful of you spending your journey at a apartment complex like them.
