Wesley Kensington Apartments at Stonecrest

My husband and I have NOT had a pleasant experience at all with management since we have moved in here almost a year ago. But now we have met our limit in trying to leave. We sent an email within the 60 day period required to give notice of non renewal. The email stated “ This email is to serve as a notice of non renewal. We will not be renewing our lease for the foreseeable future.” This email was responded to by a member of management, asking for our unit number, information on why we were choosing not to renew, and asking if we knew about available renewal rates. My husband informed them we have found better housing elsewhere (we would be leaving) to which they replied our lease will default into month to month. We took this to mean if for whatever reason we stayed on the property past

Toured with Sidney and it was amazing seeing the community. It is so beautiful and everything was more than I could have hoped. Sidney assisted us with every question we had. His colleague Jamilet was also super friendly. The community manager, Jonathan was an amazing help too. Such a great staff. I look forward to moving here. Update: I moved here and could not be happier with the service and the apartment.

I’ve been living here for a little over a month and a half, and so far I’ve really enjoyed my experience. Alonso is an excellent communicator—he made the application process seamless from beginning to end and always answered any questions I had. The neighborhood itself is quiet, clean, and friendly. I also appreciate the amenities, especially the Luxer One package lockers. Maintenance is extremely efficient, and management does a great job keeping residents informed with regular reminders and updates about anything happening in the community.

I had the pleasure of working with Sidney, and from the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued. His professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out, and I am genuinely grateful for the way he guided me through the entire process. The tour was not only informative but also reassuring. Every detail was explained clearly, and it gave me a great sense of confidence about the community and what it offers. I left feeling encouraged, supported, and excited about the next chapter ahead.
