I just wanted to take a minute to shout out our maintenance team Frank and Morris! They do an exceptional job each and every time. They both go above and beyond and take pride in the work they do! They are so helpful and attentive and not only are they great with helping in residence units they also do an amazing job keeping the property clean and well maintained on and off the clock! They are hands down the best maintenance team I’ve ever had at any apartments I’ve ever lived at. Thank you guys for everything you do! It doesn’t go unnoticed

-I would say this is a beautiful apartment community, and the maintenance team keeps the property very clean. Shout out to Morris and Frank, the maintenance guys who work here they are very helpful to residents and always willing to go above and beyond their duties to keep the property neat and well maintained. - Also I want to give a big thank you to Sancia and McKenzie in the office. They are both extremely professional, kind, and always willing to help. Anytime I had questions or needed assistance, they were patient and attentive and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Their positive attitudes and great customer service truly make a difference and make living here a better experience.

Sancia asked me to write an honest review, so here it is.🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m glad I waited a few months to write this review so I could gauge what living here is really like . I’ve lived here a few months and generally keep to myself, but the situation with a very reactive dog has made living here extremely stressful. This dog’s aggressive behavior isn’t limited to the lobby — it also appears in other common areas and even in the neighborhood on walks. I’ve tried everything I can reasonably do: I’ve raised concerns with the leasing office, asked the owner to remove themselves from shared spaces only when we’re walking through, due to how aggressive their dog acts toward mine outside on walks, and even changed my dogs’ walking schedule to avoid encounters with this dog as much as possible. Watershed has been a great place to live over my first couple of months. The building itself is new and well-kept, other residents are lively and friendly, and the staff is always willing to help. The parking situation is not ideal given the number of residents, but street parking is always available.

It’s always a good experience with the maintenance guys Frank and Morris are always here to take care of any needs that arise. And they are very professional and thorough! They keep the Grounds clean ! I also want to say that the management team are very nice as well. They’re always open to listen to any issues that you have.
