Waterford Pointe

So I just want to say that this property has gone downhill. I have resided out here for many years and this new manager Crystal has been horrible. She has allowed any and everybody to move out here. People have been smoking weed and having this property smelling bad which is apart of our lease. Maintenance doesn’t fix things within a timely manner, stuff constantly breaking. Let’s not begin to talk about the concern for safety and our property being touched, stolen or destroyed. We never had to worry about these issues when Senecca was here, we had security, we had things done with complaints. We never felt unsafe and I think that we need either new management or the current manager needs to cut down on the things that going on. Now me and my family are forced to make a decision to find a

The communication with the office staff during the application process is very unprofessional. I lacked communication from Percilla in the office as she failed to update me on application status. I called every other day to still receive the same answer. Something told me to ask if I’d still be able to get my move in date that is a week away and I was informed the apartment is no longer available as the resident didn’t move and I’ve been put on a waitlist. There was no communication of this in the 2 weeks I have been waiting.

Although I no longer reside here and will miss it, I must say the complex is beautiful, quiet and well maintained. The staff along with maintenance were so nice. Neighbors were friendly. Never had an issue with getting something repaired when needed. The ladies in the office did a Mother’s Day breakfast (was unable to attend), they give out school supplies and so much more.

I recently visited the leasing office to inquire about an apartment. I was assisted by Seneca Lynn. She was both courteous and professional. I appreciated her commitment in assisting me in acquiring an apartment. The units are clean, up to date and spacious. The surroundings are impeccable. I am happy to be a future resident. Big shout out to the management staff for the Father's Day Luncheon they threw for us on this pass Fri. June 15th. Great food! It's nice to know the management staff cares. 😃
