This is our second Waterford location to live in our first one was in North Richland Hills, Waterford on the green. We were so pleased with the complex and management groundskeeper and maintenance employees we decided to ask them if they had any sister locations in the area we were going to move.. Sure enough they had a location in Carrollton just 10 miles from my partners new company headquarters in Frisco. I have to tell you this is the most amazing apartment I’ve ever been. From the moment you walk in It feels like family. I cannot say enough about Natalie and Emma in the office or the maintenance team Naomi and Andy! Above and beyond anything I’ve ever asked if I have a problem the answer is we will see what we can do and get right on it. I feel like I’m dealing more with family then I am a apartment complex

Staff is very friendly and responsive. Natalie and tracey, as well as the maintenance staff are so kind. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say. Ive been here 3 months and it has been awful. The apartment is filthy and falling apart. Outlets and light switches covered in black gunk. Dirt and dust caked in every corner and crevas. Cracks all in the ceilings and walls. The place was a mess the day i picked up my keys. I didnt feel comfortabke moving in right away. I feel like every other week i have to put in maintanence requests. Constantly having to kill rollie pollies, large red ants and little black and yellow bugs. The appliances are ANCIENT and always giving me problems. No microwave or washer and dryer. Had to purchase or use their facility. No amenities outside of a

Waterford Park Apartments to me is a great place to live. My husband & I have been here since 2021 of November & just signed a lease again because we are happy at this place. Natalie, the manager is awesome as well as Emma so professional & polite never had an issue with bad office personnel like some apts my husband & I lived at & heard from family members at their apartments. Robert our maintenance guy is always prompt, does an awesome, awesome job! We moved here back during covid time & some prices started going up & we found very reasonable prices here especially for the square footage that we have, two berm, two bthrm, 1060 Square footage. Look, this is an older Carrollton property. Its quiet, affordable, and close to everything. What it lacks in amenities it makes up for how management deals with the issues that plague an older property like this. You didn't move here for luxury. You moved here for a varied number of reasons, most of all affordability. Is it perfect? Absolutely not! Yet i've lived here for almost a decade and even the new management treats their residents with respect. If you want a quiet place to live then this is for you. If you need more than that? PAY the 3k a month to live in a luxury apartment where the management doesn't even care to remember your name. You knew what this place was when you signed the lease.
