Richard worked so hard for us, from doing virtual tours of houses, to finding the right distance from work and schools, and even making paperwork seem like a breeze. Very unprofessional company my husband and I filled out an Application both our credit is good. Our income is good. Everything was good this company. I literally had to go up to the place and she had not even processed my application yet until I went up to the place and also I had to keep calling to check the status on what was going on with the application because we were on a time limit trying to move and she never got back to me so I finally called to find out what was going on and she said that the owner decided to go with another applicant did not give me a reason or anything so I would not refer this company to anyone. We were tenants in a property managed by Warrant Realty. Mike was great about getting things fixed promptly and always keeping open communication with us. We liked him so much as our property manager that we decided to have him help us when we were buying our house last month. He was equally as attentive and hard working when showing us several houses before we settled on one. He also has a great sense of humor.
