Vue Apartments

I've moved in last week. The apartment is brand new. The unit has a great interior. The gym is really neat, too. I asked tons of questions through phone and the staffs have been really helpful. The location is fairly okay. It is in a quite area. I think there is a bus that stops near the apartment, which connects to campus. Overall, it has been 4 days since I moved in, and I am quite satisfied with the apartment.

My daughter had a wonderful experience living at The Vue. The environment was safe, comfortable, and positive — everything we hoped for in a student housing community. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made it a great place to live. We're grateful for the care and professionalism that went into making her time there so memorable. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and well-managed space!

I’m very disappointed with the management at The Vue Apartments. We arrived to pick up our keys, only to find that the leasing office had closed 30 minutes earlier than their posted hours. Because of this, we were unable to access our apartment as planned. This was not only extremely inconvenient but also unprofessional — resident should be able to trust that the office will be open when it says it will. Clear communication and reliability are basic expectations, and unfortunately, The Vue Apartments failed to meet them. I hope management addresses this issue so that future tenants don’t have the same experience.

My son has been living here while at college and every time I visit, The VUE has such a welcoming environment! From all of the amenities to the cleanliness, its clear just how much consideration is given to the tenants and their guests.

I have lived at The Vue for 9 months and can highly recommend leasing here. Sarah, Daria and Tommy are fantastic and I can't say enough good things about the maintenance crew- Weston, Cameron and Fred are always on top of any issues that arise. During the ice and snow storm they made sure we could safely walk and drive around the complex. The apartments are located in 3 different buildings that require FOB access. The fitness center has sufficient equipment for a good workout and I appreciate the coffee bar that is stocked with goodie baskets. While The Vue is promoted as student housing I am retired and find the complex is quiet, comfortable, the grounds are clean and filled with friendly tenants. The Vue is a great place to live!
