We interviewed three Realtors before selecting Amy Hudson as our Realtor, because she was clearly the most prepared to sell our house. She also had a big advantage by employing Jason, a full-time "mover-out helper". Jason was a huge help, taking stuff to the dump and boxing up and moving other stuff to our new house in the area.
