Recently I have had an exceptional experience working with Heather Nippier from Bank of the James to buy my home in Blacksburg. I moved here 4 months ago and didn't know much businesses in this small town. Heather was referred by my realtor and I trusted him. We closed on our dream home Jan 22, 2026. Heather Nipper truly went above and beyond with helping us accomplish our purchase even though we were ill prepared!
