My roommates and I have been trying to resolve a security deposit refund issue with Park37, managed by River Mountain Properties, since September, and we have been completely ignored for months. When we moved out, we understood that RMP would keep a portion of the deposit for normal wear and tear, which was expected and fair. However, the additional “damage” charges they withheld from us were based on photos that were not even from our unit. The inspection report they sent us included pictures of an entirely different apartment. We have full proof of this, including timestamps, GPS coordinates, and photos of the labeled unit door that clearly show the photos were taken elsewhere. I have lived at Park 37 for almost a year and have nothing bad to say. Kacey and Kaila are great! They are personable and very helpful. If you have any issues, they are super quick to reach out and find a solution to the problem. Maintenance is also excellent. I have had to put work orders in, and they usually are there the next day or sometimes even the same day. The complex is well-kept and overall pretty quiet. If you are looking for a place to live, Park 37 is your place!

i've been living here at park37 for a little over a year and i love it! kasey and kaila are very sweet and always willing to help when needed. i enjoy the privacy and overall quiet environment, i would recommend to any students looking for off campus housing!!

I’ve lived here at Park 37 for the past few months and my experience has been nothing short of perfect! Kasey and Kaila are so helpful and always a friendly face when I walk in! They decorate the apartment lobby and do events throughout the months that are so fun! I could not recommend Park 37 more!! It’s a home away from home for everyone!

Park37 was wonderful! I would recommend any student to live here. Close to campus, beautiful apartment without any major issues, useful and new amenities, lots of giveaways and community events, very quiet, shared areas were always very clean, great response time from management who were very friendly. We had ample parking, but the only downside was limited visitor spots. I loved my time here!
