We recently used True North Title to close as first time home buyers and we couldn't have been more at ease with the entire process. They are all incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the process and took the time to educate and answer any questions we had along the way as newbies. We also appreciate their business's community focus. They support several local Non-Profits including the United Way fundraisers, food pantries and more!

True North Title has gone out of their way to steal land from us. We trusted True North to execute our home purchase and things went through without a hitch. After closing, they contacted us to sign a deed of correction giving up half of our land. A lawyer contacted them demanding that we make this change but they weren't intelligent enough to realize that they were being scammed. Instead, they were more than happy to listen to a 3rd party to try and rob us of our land. True North doesn't support their customer. Avoid True North Title and Nest Realty at all costs
