We selected Progress Street Builders because we wanted to build a new home for our retirement, but 200 miles from where we were living. We needed a professional builder with an approach to design, collaboration, and communication that suited our already busy schedule. The design process was informative, creative, and we received great feedback in order to build a cost-effective home that met our needs. The construction and selections has been so smooth and they've communicated with us every step of the way. We have been aware of changes that have been made and their affect on our budget immediately upon hearing about them. The construction staff has worked in changes we've made late in the process seamlessly to keep us on track for timing and closing.
