Stayed for a relaxing 5 days in August. Walkers Creek Cabin was perfect. Floating, hiking, exploring!! We did it all. Can’t wait to return.

We rented a beautiful cabin in the woods for a girls weekend. The cabin and property were beautifully well maintained. We had a great time and enjoyed catching glimpses of the wildlife including 2 bald eagles and a little black bear that came fishing at the pond!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs balcony!

My roommates and I have been trying to resolve a security deposit refund issue with Park37, managed by River Mountain Properties, since September, and we have been completely ignored for months. When we moved out, we understood that RMP would keep a portion of the deposit for normal wear and tear, which was expected and fair. However, the additional “damage” charges they withheld from us were based on photos that were not even from our unit. The inspection report they sent us included pictures of an entirely different apartment. We have full proof of this, including timestamps, GPS coordinates, and photos of the labeled unit door that clearly show the photos were taken elsewhere. Alaina and Lindsey are amazing to deal with! The house in Floyd we used for my family during our wedding week fit us PERFECTLY! It was very much an older house so every board squeaked but it had the best character!!! The bunk room with a queen bed in it was perfect for my parents and all the grandkids to stay together. One of the bedrooms had plenty of extra room for a blow up mattress or pack n play if needed. Anything I needed to pester Alaina or Lindsey about, they took care of immediately! Highly recommend the house in Floyd and River Mountain Properties!

RMP assisted a client of mine who was relocating to the Blacksburg area. They were very courteous & responsive and worked diligently to assist us with showings and securing the lease. We had many questions because of it being a somewhat complex move and they answered everything very quickly.
