Volterra Apartments Pikesville

I originally gave Volterra 5 stars because I enjoyed my living experience…. However when I moved out with a balance it’s reported on my credit twice. It shows to potential realtors that I owe 2 apartments. The Volterra Apartment's and Metropolitan Properties. My balance is PAID IN FULL and I’m not sure why it shows that I owed two separate companies ….

I just recently moved in a few days ago and from start to finish Sophia was amazing. Me being frustrated going through a divorce and also relocating to a new job at Johns Hopkins my attitude wasn't the best. Sophia, however ensured me things would get better and even checked on me later that day offering assistance outside of me renting with her. The community is well kept and very clean. There are a few smokers in the non smoking building but i'd still pick Volterra twice over.

Tracy was so wonderful. She made this process smooth and simple. No regrets! This is my first time making a move and it was no stress! I feel truly welcomed.

I lived at the Volterra for 2 years. My experience was pleasant and I enjoyed my time there. The apartment has a beautiful layout and great amenities . I had no issues with mice, insects, or packages being delivered. Very quiet and peaceful complex. My first year renting the property manager Sophia was very professional and attentive. She communicated well with me and made me feel comfortable. The staff were good to be until I moved. I called with a simple question regarding my balance and a new employee was rude to me.

Jessica and Cindi have been very helpful and professional, I greatly appreciate these ladies and would highly recommend this apartment complex. Thank you for your assistance.
