UPDATE: I have hot water guys! I’d like to confirm that everything on the list has been resolved. Thanks to Cara , Shawn and Marvin !! I just moved in and there has been problems after problems and nothing has been resolved! The water doesn’t get hot just lukewarm. I put in a ticket for that and it hasn’t been resolved. The microwave doesn’t get hot it’s unbelievable! The fireplace made the alarm go off within minutes of being turned on so who knows if the fumes are even safe to breathe in. The door on the balcony needs to be replaced and the storage door in the balcony is locked . I feel like I was thrown in a unit that is not livable ! Don’t waste your time in moving here .

I am writing this review to share one of many great experiences since I have been a resident here. Just as recent as this past Saturday Kim went over and beyond to assist me in gaining access to my Master bedroom. It was approximately 2:15 pm. and I had to be at work by 3:pm. I called the Leasing office and spoke with Shawn and share that I just locked myself out of my bedroom and that my house keys as well as my truck keys were locked in my room. I was so embarrassed to tell him this, because I had just did the same thing a week ago. However Shawn said let me see what we can do. At this time all I could think was our leasing office closes at 3pm on Saturdays and maintenance may have left the site for the day and one of the maintenance would have to be called back. Every day I wake up to take a cold or luke warm shower. The sink water also doesn’t get hot. I had put in a maintenance request 4 times since I’ve been here and been told that’s the best it’ll get or to run the water for 30 mins before… The management actually doesn’t truly care or have empathy or this would’ve been solved. Also paying for a garage that’s been broken for months. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hello property owner I like living here but please become more transparent when things are being fixed to property /The Amenities on the roof such as the tennis area/I have no idea what that is supposed to be because you are not transparent about that also the lights are out why aren’t they working ?/Example, Fourth of July neighbors We’re having a nice time in the dark with children/my husband and I would like to play Pickle ball /Tennis/golf/we just want to see/The Grills needs to be looked at also Please fix IF YOU offer these amenities, please make sure that they are working properly. Thank you.
