The Residences at Pomona Park

I have been a lifelong resident here @ Pomona for the last 28 years and i must say they have finally perfected their management & maintence team !! The property managers style of management is supreme...i can say that having been thru 4 past managers! Living in this park like enviroment is ideal...i highly recommend living here for all walks of life..pets& children are welcome & flourish here.

Residence at Pomona is an excellent choice. Amy and her staff are always available to help and answer any questions I have. Moving is always a nightmare but the whole team made it go smoother than I anticipated. The property is Beautiful with quiet views. The maintenance team is wonderful, when I have needed them (for anything) they are there in a flash. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet family/pet friendly home, Residence at Pomona is a great place to live.

My wife and I have had a tremendous experience living in Residences at Pomona Park. To start, our unit is SUPER spacious and we love our balcony. Maintenance does a fantastic job answering quickly to our calls and are super professional with us when the are working. The leasing office is also always quick to call us back and answer any questions and are quick to respond to feedback when we share it with them. Finally, our lifeguard this summer has been super friendly. She truly has made an effort to get to know people in the community and is always attentive. We hope she comes back next year! All in all, we've had a wonderful experience and we can't wait to stay with Residences at Pomona Park for another year.

Choosing Pomona Park is one of the best decisions I've ever made. We have great neighbors and Southern Management takes care of the property. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly. I appreciate the staff overall...I am convinced there is no other development like Pomona in the area!

My sister has lived at Pomona Park for years. Unfortunately, due to health issues, she had to move. Amy and Ed have been extremely helpful to us during this transition period. As my sister's primary caregiver, I've spent a lot of time at the complex and everyone has been great. The guard at the gate is wonderful. He even helped my sister during an emergency. Great place to live!
