By far the best experience i’ve had touring apartments. I had an excellent experience working with Devin during my apartment search. was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions clearly and honestly while guiding me through each tour. She made what can be a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and support. Thank you so much Devin.

I lived here for almost two years, and unfortunately my experience was very frustrating due to ongoing maintenance issues and a lack of responsiveness. Every time I called the emergency maintenance line, no one picked up or my concerns were dismissed. On two separate occasions, I went an entire week without air conditioning. Another time, my key broke off in the lock when I was trying to get into my apartment. When I called maintenance to be let in, I was told it “wasn’t an emergency,” even though I was locked outside in the cold for hours. I also had mold issues in the bathroom that were never properly addressed, they simply painted over it instead of fixing the underlying problem. Most recently, my washer began draining into the bathroom sink. Maintenance came and claimed it was fixed, b

Hi Laquesha and Devin, Day 3 of the fridge leak after Erhlich visited on Wednesday because of the mouse droppings in the bathroom and the adjustment of the fridge (they shoved it further into the wall) and a half hearted follow up on Thursday. The paper towels aren't cutting it. I cant cut off the water like Google wants but I did think making it public and plain would ease my frustration since this is the second pipe issue in the first 90 days of living here. Please send a certified technician to address the matter. The carpet near the outlet is gettinf a little damp too. Thanks so much for your attention this matter.

There maintenance team deserves top ratings! I'm going to start with Kevin, my first interaction with him he was professional, kind and accommodating. Things wasn't moving smoothly on my end but he made it work for the both of us. He explained to me what he was going to do, I gave him a walk through to clarify my concerns then he got to work like a seasoned veteran. He got the job done with little to no disruption to me or my work. He completed everything I requested in a short period of time. Thank you Kevin! Then!! Troy came to inspect with the same professionalism and demeanor! I have to say that this community has a top tier maintenance team!
