Both Shaina & Kayla are amazing and attentive. Moving can be a hassle but the process felt seamless. From the very beginning, the process of digital application and communication made the process smoother. Then, the detailed information and accommodating provided to ensure that my process was nothing short of amazing did not go unnoticed. Shaina was sure to ensure that my home was in the best condition upon my move in date and Kayla completed the onboarding (keys, passes, etc.) I would recommend this property to anyone and I’m excited — they left me treats in my apartment and we already have a resident party coming up. I’ve been living at Marrion Square Apartments for the past 9 months, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and transparent living situation. Water Billing – Misleading and Unfair Before moving in, we specifically asked management how the water bill would be calculated, especially since the building includes a shared laundry room. We were repeatedly told that the bill would depend on our personal water usage. This turned out to be completely false. After moving in, we received a shocking water bill of $150. A couple of months later, we found out that the water bill is actually calculated by dividing the total building usage among the number of residents in each apartment—not by individual usa

Shaina truly a wonderful experience she takes the time to walk me through the process. Give me a tour of the facility all the ins and outs appreciate all the help have to see a 10 out of 10.

And for the most part, when you need something done in your apartment, the maintenance man named Wayne really make sure that he take care of it as soon as he get the ticket, for instance a plug that we had in the kitchen outlet burned the prongs and Wayne came right away to replace the outlet and told us what to do to get a new plug and that's what we did. It's not only that, but whatever we need, the people in the office as well as the maintenance try their best to give us what we need. And they are very kind and courteous as well, and I appreciate that. But the one thing that does bother me is how the washing machine and dryers, in the laundry room takes about 2 months and 3 months to get repaired. All the laundromats have 2 washes and 2 dryers. But lately we've been using or having only
