He was able to negotiate with the builder on our behalf and he stayed in constant communication with us. He proactively stayed on top of the construction schedule and was so helpful with our home inspection process and getting issues rectified quickly. He also stayed in close communication with our selling realtor as this was a longer distance buy/sell transaction.
