Super nice staff that makes you feel like family. The clubhouse and apartments are beautiful . can’t wait to move in !!

Walls are thin, you will hear your neighbors very well (especially if there is a unit above you). Otherwise, very nice units and amenities. Property management is great.

My spouse and I took a tour on a 1bd1bath , lead by Jayla . The home itself is so beautiful. Being in there for 5 mins felt like home already. Very spacious and independent. A very quiet neighborhood with many different amenities accessible to the community. Jayla , was phenomenal. Not only was she very knowledgeable on the community and what’s to offer, she was very welcoming from start to finish. She allowed time for my spouse and I to discuss certain things as we toured the unit. I took the time to speak to the property manager about here attentiveness and behavior as it’s tough to come across good people nowadays. 10/10 . See you soon Waterstone !

Jodie is the best! When you call ask for Jodie. She’s very professional. The leasing center and the residents are lucky to have her! Same thing goes for Tre! He’s very professional and hard working! My 2-3 years there were nothing short of great! Definitely recommend this community!

If I could give it 10 stars I would. I moved in a month ago and this place has exceeded expectations. Quiet, clean neighborhood, friendly staff, maintenance has been prompt and quick with fixing any issues you have. Emails are sent out often for events The leasing office is hosting. The property manager goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your experience. Highly recommend
