My experience with the leasing team has been outstanding. Chris provided exceptional assistance throughout the application process and helped me find the ideal unit. The approval process was efficient and seamless. Since moving in, Taquana has demonstrated remarkable professionalism and responsiveness, ensuring that any concerns I had were addressed promptly and that I felt comfortable in my new home. Deidra and Keith was the most professional people I’ve met. They go above their job title to make sure you are satisfied as a customer and after moving in they make sure you can turn your apartment into a home. I’m thankful and blessed to have came in contact with them, they have made a stressful situation of moving a walk in the park for me. Very organized and very pleasant. Thank you guys for the experience you two have left on me and a wonderful one as that.

Living at the Villas for about 3 years now and it's been nothing short of a blessing. No mice, no roaches. That's s hard to find for some of the medium neighborhoods. Rent is fairly reasonable and they having ways of helping if you ever fell short Programs I've never heard of. Deidre the manager you be straight with her she'll be straight with you. I can't say enough about her and her team Chris include her assistant. They will go out there way to help you as long as you abide by there terms and do as they tell you to do. I've had no real maintenance issues but they are on point. Thanks You Villas for being a property that I'm not afraid to call home.

Gen I have been three years dec282022 and it's very and quiet and the have people who cut the grass once a week and trash is picked up three times a week and the two clean up girls clean the hallways up daily are very good and appreciate their job and Mr Chris and Ms laquarda are very professional and in the office and the maintenance crew are on point I give it five stars Ms T Thompson

I have been living here for 13 years. I haven't had any issues. My apartment is next door to my job. It is very convenient. Noel always provides exceptional service. She is attentive to the needs of the people who live in the apartment community. I appreciate the phone call this morning explaining the work that is being done within the complex. She went above and beyond. She was very understanding. Thank you!
