Beautiful parklike grounds, very friendly kid environment. Primary noise is from kids playing after school but very quiet and peaceful at night. I feel safe walking from my car at night alone. Maintenance staff avail 24hrs. Office guy friendly and helpful

Very beautiful and family oriented community. Not many maintenance issues but the ones that I did have were addressed correctly and to my satisfaction. Very safe and well lit property. Loving and safe community. The property is in a little tucked away area. Just a really good, loving and family oriented property. Loved it!

Crawford very friendly and knows humanity the best landlord u can find in aurora il to be honest very safe and quite I lived here for 6 yrs moved to minnasota I would really recommend this place
