Verona at Naylor Metro

If you know what these units looked like before renovation, you’ll be in awe. Ms. Diamond and Mr.Tyheem…. Dynamic duo. Beautiful souls and super friendly. They will not rest until they have a positive outcome for you. I pray they move to the top of the company when their time comes. Very sweet and informative. I’m moving in earlier than I thought I could!!!

I came here to take a tour of the property and see one of their apartments. When I went, the young lady Ms. Diamond was a pleasure to speak with. She was very informative and patient. She provided me with a lot of information in regards to leasing, parking, the tour, and all that the property offers. During the entire tour, Ms. Diamond was as pleasant as can be, and great customer service. The gym/fitness center, package room, nice lobby and all was very well kept, and appealing to see. Inside the lobby of the building included a ramp as well as stairs and the building includes elevators. I would not recommend living at Verona Naylor at Metro. Despite the lease clearly stating that the property is non-smoking, tenants are regularly exposed to cigarette and marijuana smoke with little to no enforcement from management. Safety is also a major concern. There are aggressive pit bulls on the property, and some owners appear unable to properly control them. On top of that, vehicle break-ins have occurred, which is especially frustrating given that the property is advertised as a secured community. Although management claims there is security, the gates are often left open, which defeats the purpose of having a gated property in the first place. Overall, the lack of enforcement, safety concerns, and misleading claims about security make this a place I would not recommend.

Ms. Starling exemplifies what I consider to be “old school” customer service—an increasingly rare quality in today’s fast-paced environment.
