Heather Hill Apartments

My review is in reference to the treatment I have been receiving from this complex. I've been at the complex for 3 months and have had no issues until recently. The complex unlawfully charged my account $595 .. 2 months of pent rent at $45 & $50 and then a $500 pet deposit. I asked why was i getting additional charges on my rent. They stated that pest control came to service my apartment and my dog was out. I told them I dont have a dog. I asked to speak to the manager cause Rafael is no help and has acts as if youre bothering him when asking questions. He is only helpful when youre trying to get the place. He's no help when you have an ACTUAL question. Diamon Brown the manager is rude woman with a horrible disposition. She talked over me as I asked about the fees taxed on to my account .

Look im giving this place a four cause it wasn't all that bad for me. It gave me some peace at times. I understand there where some bad people there and that didn't help morale but most recent experience was positive so I know they will get better cause there are some people I know care about the tenants but there hands might be tied due to recent affairs and bad press. So one wall hire more people like miss brown

Please avoid wasting your time and money on Heather Hills. I've had an incredibly frustrating experience since moving in on August 9, 2024. After signing the lease, the company seems to neglect you, as they stop responding to calls and emails. The only way to get any attention is to visit the office in person, but even then, you might find a sign telling you to come back later. I wasn't able to tour my apartment before moving in because Alison from corporate told me it wouldn’t be ready until move-in day. When I arrived and got the keys, I found contractors doing touch-up work and a cleaner still in the apartment. I overlooked this and started moving in, only to find mice and droppings in the kitchen that night and I have not been home to enjoy my apartment since receiving keys. I emaile

You will have mice in your home 2/3 times a week , the water in the bathroom stinks every time you turn it on . Dirty water always back up in the bathroom tub. They are holes everywhere in the apartment even if they patched them close the mice are still getting through. They will send pest control but they lady only come out to look around nothing else . Maintence say that doesn’t have the supplies to fix your things in your hole. My washer has been replaced about 3 times and it still overflows my kitchen. There is a serious plumber issue in the whole complex. You will wake up to no water in your home every week before work.

The apartment complex was poorly managed, as evidenced by several ongoing living condition issues. These included inadequate air conditioning, a failure to properly exterminate roaches, and the presence of mold. In addition, tenants experienced harassment from management staff, who had a high turnover rate. Parking was also mismanaged, with tenant vehicles being towed despite having valid parking permits. Lastly, water service was frequently shut off without proper advance notice, with residents often being informed only after the disruption occurred.
