Raleigh Court Apartments

If I could give negative stars I would , I’m currently stuck on a lease with them currently. For starters , I was originally supposed to be moving in the heights apartment which is another property they manage. I booked a tour and arrived to my appointment and there was nobody at the office . I called every single number and was told by the property manager to come that day. I paid a $300 holding fee to move into the heights and when my supposed move in date came they told me there were no 1 bedrooms available. They offered a unit at Raleigh court’s apartment, and I accepted . I paid a $500 security deposit and that month was free. The following month comes and the property manager tells me they have no record of the holding fee I paid back in November . Now they are saying I have a balanc

All I can say is that i am deeply disappointed in the service that this apartment complex has. Me and my fiancé went to go tour an apartment that we had booked a week prior. We got there at 9:00 for our 9:20 appointment and stood outside in the cold, knocking on the leasing office door, calling any number that they had listed online through their website and Zillow and wasn’t able to reach anyone. I don’t understand why you would allow appointments to be made, and consistently contact the person multiple reminders just to leave them hanging high and dry.

I am absolutely disgusted, ashamed, and deeply puzzled by the behavior and neglect shown by this management agency. In all my years, I have never encountered such blatant disrespect and disregard for public safety, public health, and basic human decency. There is no consistent maintenance. Pest control is virtually nonexistent. My unit—and many others—are infested with roaches and mice. I’ve submitted photos and videos, and they’ve been completely ignored. Phone calls go unanswered. Emails are never returned. Trash is scattered across the property. The conditions are not only unsanitary—they are dangerous. This is not just poor management. If you currently live in a home with hot water and no rodents then STAY there ! This was one of the Worst experiences I’ve ever went through and this was supposed to be my first apartment. From day one there were roaches and mice that you have no clue about until you move in there. The trash and dumpsters were piled up for the 3 months that I lived there. The water stayed hot for 10 mins at the most and the management are conniving and lie constantly about the upkeep of this place . They tried to ruin my credit and lock me out of the apartment I was renting because I decided to move out I even had to call the police because they tried to fake “evict” me after I gave them my notice to vacate. I deal with cold water almost every night & a mouse just ran across my counter….. don’t move here y’all. You will be thoroughly disappointed. Update: The property management here changes every couple of months and it’s never anyone competent. I’ve had an unaddressed maintenance request sit for weeks without any update. (although, the maintenance guy, Edwin is actually super nice & does good work) You can’t call anyone because again, you never know whether you have property management staff or not. They change the parking policies whenever they want and will have your car towed. They turn off the water at random times of the day and night (right now the water has been off all night and all morning) due to “emergency maintenance issues” which occur much too frequently!
