South Pointe Apartments

I had an excellent experience working with Dana Coleman at South Pointe Apartments! From start to finish, Dana was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the entire process with care and expertise. Her knowledge of the property and available options made choosing the right apartment easy and stress-free. What stood out most was Dana’s responsiveness, she always answered questions quickly, followed up regularly, and made me feel like a priority. My move in was not a move in because after wanting to begin the process in October, the staff offered to do the 23 of September which was a scam because the apartment still isn’t ready. I backed out of the lease because they are impossible to contact, infested, ragged, and not good business. Why would I have a false move in date if the property has multiple units available and when I request to leave they offer to change my apartment to one that was ready, which they should have done if the apartment wasn’t ready to begin with ( ignorance is giving keys to a trifling apartment that isn’t livable and requesting the tenant to wait a week to move in to a place that is supposed to be ready before 5pm the day of move in). Quest is a scam company playing people out of time and money.

I had a great experience with the leasing process thanks to my amazing leasing agent, Takia, and her friendly team. She walked me through every step, made sure I had everything I needed, and communicated clearly throughout the process (though that AI answering machine might need to go 😔🤣). I’m really happy to be living somewhere with such a personable, responsive team who was able to get me in when I needed it most. I don’t have much to say about the unit just yet, but from what I’ve seen so far, it looks very nice.

I have always had great experience at South Pointe. The managers, maintenance, leasing. I love the apartment and Dana Coleman was a big help when I had a problem. She dealt with it as fast as possible’ I look forward to many years of working with this great team. Kudos to Quest for bringing such a great team together’ I’m excited about the future—!

I moved in October 6th and from there it has been a downward spiral. I used to live at these apartments back in 2023 and it was a totally different experience. I was knowledgeable about the building age and the issues that can not really be helped. The only 2 people in that office that actually care are Taylor and Takia. The entire maintenance team is incompetent and lost our key only a few days after moving in when they were supposed to be helping our newly annoying leak issue in the kitchen. I was gaslighted when I expressed that it literally sounded like a shower in the kitchen. I was told that it was the water from my pot that I used to boil my daughters bottles. Yes, clean boiled water that is never reused was the cause for a very visible brown water that kept coming from the upper ca
