Nice property, calm environment, beautiful fitness and business center and genuinely a place that I enjoy calling home. I would like to give a big shout out and acknowledge Mr.Tyran in the office. From maintenance issues to answering my questions about my ledger Mr.Tyran is always professional and extremely helpful. I also enjoy the fact the property makes it a priority to show us residents love with little events and holiday decor. Thank you to all staff from maintenance to the front office. 10/10 I would recommend!!

Princeton estates has one of the worst customer service out of all Morgan properties I’ve seen! They lie about everything! the application, results and I was given a different price of rent after I left! Smh! Doris and Natasha? 🚮 they both just say anything! (very dishonest )And after looking at these REVIEWS? ALLAH saved me! Oxon hill has been a wonderful experience!❤️ this place has mold, roaches and rats?! (CHECK THE TENANTS REVIEWS) I would’ve really lost it! Only good reviews are from a COUPLE maintenance! I don’t know the property manager but she was no better! She got on the phone and without even listening to me she agreed with the lie Tasha and Doris were selling! Thank god for oxon hill! This is the worse property I’ve seen from Morgan! Throw the whole complex away and the worker

Some of the best customer service that I have experienced in quite some time. Friendly and helpful staff all around. Princeton Estates continues to be a nice space for me. And a thank you to Mr.Rich for consistently having answers and solutions when I stop pass the office!

"Excellent Customer Service from Mike “ I was impressed by the young maintenance worker who took care of my requests. He was knowledgeable about the building's limitations and made sure I understood what could be done. Very friendly and professional! Glad they were able to finally hire more maintenance staff and my requests were previously cancelled so I was surprised and impressed when he showed up. It wasn’t about my ac request thou but glad he came. I been here 2 months hopefully you don’t run the new hires away. Morgan Property has enough evidence base data by reviewing maintenance tickets to see what’s the concerns are here. This property is being treated like the step sisters of all the sister properties. I gave Mr. Eugene a 5 star on fixing my front door lock. Mr. Eugene made sure that my door was secure and working properly and I was satisfied with his work ethics, he is friendly and respectful and I would prefer that Mr. Eugene comes anytime I need maintenance work completed. Thank you. Mr. Eugene
