Harbour Manor Apartments

As a former resident who lived here from 2018 to 2023, I can honestly say my experience was excellent. A big part of that was the team. Senait, the property manager, is friendly, professional, and always approachable—she truly cares about her residents and keeps the community running smoothly. Eric, who leads the maintenance team, is equally reliable—attentive, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. The staff overall were consistently friendly, responsive, and eager to help—whether it was handling a service request or answering questions about the community. Maintenance requests were always addressed efficiently, which made everyday living much more comfortable. Overall, my time there was genuinely positive, and I’m grateful for the strong management and well-maintained environment

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment complex. The staff is amazing—professional, friendly, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. They truly make residents feel valued and heard. The community itself is welcoming, peaceful, and well-maintained. Neighbors are respectful, and it really feels like a place you can call home. Overall, this is a wonderful community with a great staff, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment.

I moved in October and these last three months I’ve seen 5 mice complained. I put in two recent request which WEREN’T responded too. The moving process was great but to only been in my apartment three months and have that issue is a MAJOR PROBLEM !

Gloribel and the Harbor Manor team were instrumental in our move process. We had a complicated situation and they worked with us at every stage to ensure our questions were answered. We had a few maintenance requests upon first moving in, and they were handled immediately without hesitation! Great community!

Hello, I've lived in Harbour Manor since 2015, the maintenance employee is the BEST we've ever HAD. He has empathy for the tenants, and I've seen it for myself. He make sure the work orders/request is done and if not completed in a timely manner he makes sure he gets its done before he leave the job. His personality and work ethic is top tier. Thanks Renay👍🏽
