I recently called into this office for a professional, business to business call and was greeted by an extremely rude receptionist. At the very least she could use some training in common courtesy and phone etiquette.

The receptionist lady who answered my call was very rude. She was very disrespectful to me when I called to ask general questions. The cost estimates provided to me sounded very reasonable, but unfortunately I will not do buisness with someone who is comfortable with being that disrespectful over basic tasks.
