Normally i have good things to say but since the sell of the property I do NOT recommend Twin Rivers Apartment Complex. Since the property was sold, the water billing has become completely unreasonable and inconsistent. For the longest time, my water bill was around $78, which aligned with my actual usage. After the sale, tenants are suddenly being charged different amounts every single month — $173,$150,$119, $136, even $161 this month — with no clear explanation or transparency. What makes this worse is that tenants are now being charged a back balance for water we did not use. I work most of the day and am barely home. There is no possible way I am using over $150 worth of water a month, and I know I’m not the only tenant experiencing this. This water bill is Higher than my electric bil

I am a current resident at Twin Rivers and want to share my experience for those considering moving here. One ongoing concern is the water and sewer billing. Charges fluctuate monthly and have steadily increased, which has been difficult to understand given my personal usage. I work two jobs, I am only home in the evenings, I do laundry once a week, and live alone. However, residents are not billed individually for water usage. Instead, costs appear to be shared across the community, which include vacant units, the on-site laundry facility, the maintenance shop, and the leasing office that operates out of a unit. This billing structure does not feel equitable for residents with low usage we went from paying $80 with the previous owners to paying $136 in January to $161 for the month Febru
I would just like to say the people working in the office are great as are the maintenance but I’ve been really frustrated with how much the water bill has increased lately it doesn’t feel reasonable at all it’s went from$78 to now this month $160 On top of that, there are now all kinds of extra charges adding up every month, like new trash fees, and the rent has also gone up way more than it used to upon renewals. It seems like the costs just keep piling on with little notice or explanation. I wish there was more transparency and consistency from management because it’s becoming really hard to budget for living here. I hope the management company gates Hudson can do better.
I lived there 3 years. Paid my rent on time. Had and use that word harshly HAD a decent experience when I moved. They told me I would be getting my deposit back in 45 days. I would need to pay the water bill and pro rated amount for July. I have been calling and emailing and not one person has returned my call for 3 weeks. No deposit. Can’t pay through portal. I’ve called over 10xs. I’ve emailed at least 6xs. And not a single employee has the courtesy to call me back. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I have to seek other ways or means of getting their attention. Which I really don’t want to do but I’m being fair.
