Ingram & Associates Property Management

I am writing as a concerned tenant. I just got off the phone with Victoria and I am highly dissatisfied. I was spoken rudely too. I was told to “be an adult” and “be accountable for my actions”. Somehow in the move in process I was either confused or not informed. I can’t say for certain which. But I never got my account set up through Suburban Propane. Last night my family of four small children and myself (being pregnant) ran out of propane. Which means we have no hot water. I have been on the phone all morning with the propane company and Victoria from Ingram. According to Suburban Propane if I set up a new account now I won’t get my propane filled until mid March (it’s February 23rd). That means my family will go without hot water for a month. I’m happy Ingram gave me a chance when no others had. At first I’ve had some issues but Ingram worked fast to resolve those issues and I cannot thank them enough for acting fast. I’m happy with my apartment. Finally looks like a home.

My son lived in one of their very spacious one bedroom apartments on Prince George Drive. The application process was simple and quick. At move in the apartment was clean and ready for him to move in. The property was always clean and well lit at night and felt safe. He never had any issues with bugs or other insects in his apartment. He only had one maintenance issue while he lived there and it was taken care of quickly. The ladies in the office were always helpful and professional. I would and have recommended Ingram to several people. If we are ever looking for a place to rent again they will be the first place we check availability.

My neighbor has been having issues with other leasers on the property. Blocking driveways, putting nails down to damage others cars, stealing trash cans, and personal property. Sewage from their home coming up on top of the ground. This has a horrible smell. Theft and vandalism. Ingram seems to just ignore as long as they get their $$$. I guess community safety does not matter to them.
