If you are going to do business with this company I suggest you read this before making a decision. Danielle Herrara (Cook) took over managing our property from our landlord. We needed repairs in our apartment however she failed to find professional maintenance workers to complete the job. Several times these workers showed up late or not at all (and clearly under the influence AND wearing no masks). They would show up very late in the afternoon and work very late into the evening, disturbing our family time. Time my fiance should be spending relaxing after work, he had to sit and keep an eye on the workers (because, like I said they were very unprofessional. They tried to take his tools by "mistake") Repairs that should of been fairly simple only led to more damage. All our minor repairs

I have rented from them for last four or five years I have never had a problem with them. They have always answer the phone and handled any property problems I have ever had in a timely manner.

They are the crooks, no morals to be found at this facility
