So far we have been in our house for about a year. We have had some minor issues and one bigger one but they always answer when we call. They also don’t just send out a random person, it seems to be licensed companies or individuals. The move in deposit was the highest we have ever paid in our whole life. I actually put less down when I bought a house!! Again, nothing that would stop us from being happy in our house. I myself am a property manager with over 120 units between 3 separate properties, so I get how demanding people can be. As long as they stay answering the phone and responding in a timely manner, we will continue to rent and be happy. I pray everyone is doing well. I had the pleasure of dealing with this company and was not to happy about the way they keep their properties. I viewed the home 🏡 for rent@$1295. This house was not habitable. There were no screens present on some of the windows and the ones that did have screens were tore up from the floor up. It took me 2 hours to get there and 2 hours to get back. I paid the deposit which was $1295, but I gave them $1300. The home needed many repairs and lots of cleaning. I wonder when the city did their last inspection? We were denied because we don't generate enough income. The current home I am living in is $1300 monthly. I have been in the home for 12 years. I guess they must have thought I was a child. I would not apply for the rental if I couldn't pay the rent. We r
